Styrene storage tanks require the addition of a polymerization inhibitor to them, and an appropriate amount of oxygen-poor nitrogen gas also needs to be introduced into the tank in order for the polymerization inhibitor to function effectively. However, stirring is not the only applicable measure; a circulation mixing method in which part of the material is returned to the storage tank via a bypass using a discharge pump can also be used as an alternative to stirring mixing. If necessary, multiple mixing nozzles can also be installed inside the large storage tank to facilitate the circulation of material and the injection of oxygen-poor nitrogen for uniform mixing with the contents of the tank.
