There is a DN400 gas transmission pipeline spanning over 30 kilometers, with one receiving and sending ball valve of each DN400/DN500 type. An accurate estimate of the investment cost is needed, and I am seeking assistance here. Thank you so much.
6.93 – this pressure level is a bit awkward... For DN500, our design gives a value of around 2.6W; additional factors such as shipping costs, taxes, and construction time may need to be taken into consideration. About 2.3 of DN400
Thank you. The design pressure of the pipeline is 6.3 MPa, and the set pressure of the safety valve is 1.1 times the pipeline’s design pressure; hence, the value comes out to 6.93 MPa.
No, it’s only in the feasibility study stage. You can look for general catalogs of send-and-receive cylinders online; the dimensions can be referenced from such catalogs, but the wall thickness and reinforcement for openings should follow the specifications for 150.
This is the gas pig we manufactured, of DN1200 PN63 type; it features a three-plate clamp design, as well as quick-connect types using slings and manholes
The price for the quick-opening blind plate drawings from GD can be negotiated

The original poster can conduct a 6.3 150.3 pressure test by using a pressure that is 1.25 times higher. The price can also be relatively low!
We can also do the same; with 20 years of experience, we are superior to our competitors in terms of both price and technology
