Does anyone know what kind of valve this is. Is it a breathing valve? Top filling in the silo.

Does anyone know if this is a breathing valve? ? ? ?
This is the breathing valve set on the top of the tank.
When the pressure inside the tank is higher than the pressure outside the tank by a certain value, it exhales outward; when the pressure inside the tank is lower than the pressure outside the tank, it inhales outward by a certain value.
I haven't used it personally, but judging from the appearance and structure, there are two valve units, which should be breathing valves.
The structure below is for inhalation, and the structure above is for exhalation.
