Generally, valves are subjected to strength tests and sealing tests before installation. For valves equipped with actuators, do these two tests need to be carried out after the actuator is removed? Also, for safety valves, are the strength test and sealing test performed first, followed by adjusting the set pressure?
Safety valves must be inspected and approved by a professional calibration agency, and a inspection report must be issued before they can be used.
