Question: For opening ports on pressure vessels in our factory, we use flame cutting, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and results in a poor appearance. There are other ways to call for help. Like specialized machinery? Patented invention? Thank you first!
Equipment in small, individual batches. Flame cutting is the most commonly used. For mass production, CNC drilling before cylinder sheet rolling can be considered.
There should be specialized pipe hole cutters; you can search for them online.
