Nowadays, design institutes usually start adding hand valves and lead sealing chains on the design drawings.
1. Many safety valves in old installations do not have front and rear shut-off valves. 2. New devices are generally equipped with front and rear shut-off valves. 3. If the old installation needs to add safety valves and front and rear shut-off valves, the formal procedure should be entrusted to the design institute to produce drawings before implementation.
