Definition of the weak roof structure for arch-type fixed-roof storage tanks

1. Clause 7.1.6 of GB50341-2014 states that when a weak connection is used between the tank top and the tank wall, the slope of the tank top at the connection point must not be greater than 1/6. For ordinary dome-shaped storage tanks, the radius of the tank roof is generally set at 1.2 times the diameter of the tank, which ensures that the slope of the tank roof is greater than 1/6. Does this mean that all dome tanks cannot actually be considered structures with weak roofs? 2. Excluding weak roof structures, ventilation systems in normal operating conditions generally find it difficult to meet the high ventilation demands in emergency situations. Is it really necessary to install large explosion-proof manholes?
