The 5 epoxy reaction reactors that have been manufactured and delivered this time are the core equipment of the propylene oxide plant. They utilize patented technology developed by Shanghai Engineering, marking the first industrial application of this technology in China’s petrochemical industry. It is also the first time that Nanhua Machinery has undertaken the construction of such plants using the hydrogen peroxide-based method for producing propylene oxide. Nanhua Machinery carefully organized the entire process of design, procurement, and manufacturing, continuously worked on process optimization, strictly controlled quality inspection, and made every effort to deliver products on time in a high-quality and efficient manner, thus providing strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
