Depending on your requirements regarding steam production volume, steam pressure, load stability, and steam quality, the choice of boiler will vary as well – including flow-through boilers, coil boilers, flash boilers, and positive-displacement boilers. . . . Generally speaking, the thermal efficiency figures provided by boiler manufacturers are often unreliable. For example, in the case of Shuangliang mentioned earlier, whose main products are flash tank boilers, significant changes in load can lead to excessive water content in the steam, which results in hidden energy losses – this is something that needs to be taken into careful consideration. For example, if a boiler is equipped with a total heat condenser, its efficiency will be significantly different. If it’s under 1 ton, I know that the boilers produced by Zhejiang Liju are quite good. If it is over 2 tons, it is recommended to use a conventional positive-displacement boiler, but detailed requirements must be specified for the boiler accessories.
