The pressure vessels in our company have reached the end of their service life. After passing the inspection by the specialized inspection agency, the Quality Supervision Bureau requested that we submit a commitment letter. Does anyone know how to write one? (Want to continue using)
It should be a promise that there won’t be any problems with the container, something like a warranty

As for the commitment letter, it makes no difference whether it is written or not; civil servants do not understand the relevant laws and regulations and are overly worried about everything.
Registration changes shall be handled in accordance with the fixed-volume regulations; safety assessments are required for those involving hazardous chemicals.
No one can guarantee whether the equipment is safe; you should contact the quality supervision authorities to find out what kind of warranty document exists and what its contents are.
