Welding issues of dissimilar steels in valves

The American standard F91 valve is welded to an F22 valve body; after communicating with the construction party, it was determined that 407 welding rod should be used, and no heat treatment is required before or after welding. Is this feasible? The temperature and pressure at the site are very high; #2500 is required.
When welding valves, heat treatment should of course be avoided as much as possible, otherwise it can easily affect the valve’s functional performance.
Providing protection for the sealing surface during heat treatment does not affect its performance in use.
