I’ve encountered the same issue here; a safety valve on the boiler drum is continuously leaking large amounts of hot water (coming out from the spring), along with a small amount of steam, while the other safety valve is working properly. If there’s a leak, it should be a large amount of steam coming out, how could it be hot water? ? ? I can’t figure it out! Bro, have you guys resolved your issue? Have you found out what the cause is?
When the heat from the steam leakage is less than the cooling capacity behind the safety valve, the leaked steam will condense into water, and vice versa. So if it’s water, then why does it still emit steam? This phenomenon is called evaporation at this time; P

If the safety valve has a root valve, it is possible to close that root valve first, then remove the safety valve in order to recalibrate its setting or to carry out on-line calibration.
