What should I do if SW6 keeps crashing?

It’s the standalone cracked version of SW-2011 that I installed on my own computer. When clicking on “Data Input” under “Vertical Vessel”, and then on “Cylinder Data”, SW6 crashes; the icon of SW6 also disappears from the task bar, and it is necessary to restart SW6. It happens the same way several times in a row. . . . (The data has already been entered in the SW6 cylinder data; of course, there are issues with the entered data. Now attempts are being made to modify it, but it’s not possible to do so as access to it is denied). . What should we do now? To repeat, it was after clicking the “Cylinder Data” button that the program crashed, and then the desktop appeared
Follow-up: Last week, using SW 3.0 on another computer, the same operations worked properly. It seems there’s something wrong with the SW I installed, or the version is too low to handle it. Since the device that needs to be calculated is a small model for display purposes (it was given to me as practice material since I’m a newcomer), many of the values are extremely extreme and very small. Plus, the SW6 I’m using was originally transferred from another computer; perhaps various factors have led to this situation
