What were the outcomes of the handling after the accident?
It’s a straightforward idea: before disassembling, one should check the pressure gauge and temperature gauge; there must be pressure present, and it can only be disassembled after the pressure is released – it’s a simple principle. It seems to be an accident resulting from management negligence.
That’s indeed the case, but I wonder how that happens – can 22 kilograms of pressure propel a 22-ton core 28 meters far?
According to standard maintenance procedures, the first step is to relieve pressure and cool down. Moreover, the gas inside the equipment also needs to be replaced. After these tasks are completed, personnel from the safety supervision department must come to check whether they meet the standards. Only then can the disassembly begin.
