Problems with formaldehyde oxidation furnaces

When the oxidation furnace used in formaldehyde production is started up, there are significant temperature differences, which cause leaks at the joints between the tube sheet and the tubes. How do you address this issue?

Additionally, consider the equipment’s design – use expansion joints and gourd-shaped tubes, following the principles applied in large boilers for heating and pressure increase
