Who needs to sign the general boiler design drawing, what are the requirements for the qualifications of these individuals, and which standards apply? Additionally, what are the requirements regarding signatures on documents such as the boiler strength calculation sheet, thermal calculation sheet, and safety valve discharge capacity calculation sheet?
Just fill in the title bar. Standardization review and approval for design drafting and proofreading processes: reviewed and signed by the head of the Technical Department or the director of the Technical Division, with final approval granted by the chief engineer.
Refer to the following standards: Safety Inspection Regulations for Steam Boilers JB/T10094-2002, General Technical Requirements for Industrial Boilers JB/T1619-2002, and Technical Requirements for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers

Find someone for design (or drafting), someone for proofreading, someone for standardization; process and review can be handled separately or by the same person, and find someone for approval. The design (drawing) is carried out by draftsmen, while proofreading can be signed by another draftsman. Sign-offs for standardization and manufacturing procedures depend on the specific department’s requirements. Review is done by the section chief, and approval is given by the chief engineer
