TOFD near-surface blind zone thickness

There is a blind zone in the near-surface area of TOFD non-destructive testing. What is the approximate thickness of this blind zone? It is best to have a written basis

Thank you all for your responses. The standard value is indeed 1 mm, but I have read some literature on TOFD, and the maximum blind zone in TOFD can reach up to 10 mm. I will share one of the images; please take another look and help me out
