Help calculate the thickness of the cylinder and jacket

The nominal diameter of the inner tube is 1800 mm, while that of the jacket is 1900 mm. The length of the inner tube is 2000 mm, and the length of the jacket is 1915 mm. Could someone please help me calculate the thickness of the thick plates for the inner tube (S31603+Q345R) and the jacket (Q345R)? Thank you. The material of the inner tube is a composite plate, whereas the jacket is made of Q345R
