Spherical tank safety valves are installed on the top of the tank. I want to ask you, I have a spherical tank with three safety valves. Is it possible to install it like this? Or do you need to connect all three safety valves directly to the tank?
There is no need for all three safety valves to be connected to the spherical tank individually. A common pipeline can be connected to the spherical tank. Generally, it is enough to design only two safety valves. There is no problem with three safety valves, but it feels a bit wasteful.
Installation is no problem! However, the current regulations require that safety valves need to be equipped with front and rear shut-off valves, especially the pipelines connected to the torch, and the front and rear shut-off valves need to be hung with "normally open, no movement" signs. Hope they are adopted!
Is there any standard basis to support it? Is it okay if an on-site pressure gauge is also installed on this pipeline?

GB50316 and SH3012 have relevant specifications and standards for the design of the inlet and outlet pipelines of safety valves. Since the diagram you drew is a simplified diagram, many of them cannot be understood. The site shall prevail. From a safety perspective, there is no problem!

The safety valve of the spherical tank must be installed on the top of the spherical tank. It is best to connect directly to the tank. Installation in other locations is against standard specifications.
