Each steam drum in the riser waste heat recovery system is equipped with 2 magnetic flap liquid level gauges and 1 electric contact liquid level gauge. In the picture below, the liquid level displayed at both ends of the equipment is the magnetic flap, and the liquid level displayed by the electric contact is in the middle. There are liquid level display errors in the two steam drums to varying degrees. Can any expert analyze the reason?
Specifically, let’s analyze the working principles of the two liquid level gauges. The magnetic flap should be relatively accurate. The electrical contacts are not very clear. Is it based on the density of the medium or the conductivity? You can search it on Baidu.
It is related to the layout position of the riser.
Calibration is required to ensure that the center of the liquid level meter interface is on the same horizontal plane. During production and installation, the center may not be on the same horizontal plane. In addition, the display error is that the electric contact liquid level gauge displays a step-like display, while the magnetic flip-plate liquid level gauge displays a linear display.
At present, Nanjing Huadian's domestic technology is relatively better. It can produce medium-pressure superheated steam, use waste heat to replace tube furnaces, etc. If you need it, you can contact Mr. Xu at 15996369666
