When a reinforcing ring of the same specification is used and is moved closer to the saddle plane (also a reinforcing ring), the SW6 calculation can be passed. Could this practical arrangement use a reinforcing ring? I see that in 47042, for the reinforcing rings close to the saddle plane, the picture shows two reinforcing rings, but SW6 can choose one. Note: I don’t want to consider increasing the reinforcement ring.

For example, if the diameter is 3600mm, the thickness of the padding plate of a 150-degree heavy-duty saddle is 24mm. Can the thickness of the saddle padding be reduced based on the SW6 calculation results? For example, the cylinder plate is 8mm and the saddle pad is 14mm.

Non-standard saddles are calculated according to the horizontal container specifications.
