Regarding bg4.png, I would like to ask the experts: Stainless steel-steel explosive composite sheets are classified into three grades, B1, B2, and B3, each corresponding to different requirements regarding the composite ratio. So, what are the respective usage scenarios for the three levels?
Classification Code Category Code Scope of Application 1 B1 Area integration ratio of 100%; Composite plate with high bonding strength for use in transition joint flanges, etc., where the presence of unbonded areas is not allowed; the bonding ratio on the 2B2 surface is greater than 98% ; Laminates used in strength design, or composite plates for special purposes, such as tube sheets. 3 B3: The area utilization rate is greater than 95% ; Composite sheets in which the lamination serves only as a corrosion-resistant layer, without regard to its strength, such as cylinder sheets. Note: B- refers to composite panels produced by direct explosive lamination.

For those that have been in contact with it, the standard cylinder grade is B2; there’s no specific reason for this, and it’s per the company’s regulations: L ; The tube sheet is B1, GBT151—5.3.2.2. The requirement for 150 is that the unbound ratio should not be greater than 5% (B3)
It seems pretty reasonable. . . Where is the source or basis? Please give your advice
