The tank teeth on the flange of the autoclave body are showing this phenomenon; please help analyze it.
These notched marks are clearly the result of uneven cutting using an oxygen-acetylene flame during the manufacturing of the meshing teeth; if they had been caused during use, the cut edges would be very fresh and have a metallic shine. What you really need to pay attention to in an autoclave is to ensure that the quick-opening interlock device is functional, and to regularly check for cracks at the roots of the meshing teeth; PT can be used as a supplementary measure if necessary.
