We are responsible for the design and manufacturing of the drawings. The design pressure is 0.6/fv, the working pressure is 0.5MPa, and the safety valve port is DN40 (HG/T 20592). Does the set pressure need to be given in the drawing? If so, how to determine the set pressure value, and whether the model of the safety valve should be fixed.
If there is a safety valve port, the set pressure must be determined by the designer. The customer must confirm after model selection.
The designer should determine the setting pressure of the safety valve according to GB/T150.1-2011 Appendix B.4.7 b. When the equipment needs to be tested for air tightness, it should be determined based on the maximum allowable working pressure.
Of course, the designer sets the pressure. In addition to the set pressure, the type and material of the valve must also be determined.
The model of the safety valve should be clear and consistent with the calculation. (Full lift? Micro start? Connection method? Nominal pressure, material, etc.)
The selection and setting pressure of the safety valve should be given in the design drawings.

The set pressure design of the safety valve is given. If the equipment is airtight, special attention should be paid to the set pressure not to exceed the maximum allowable working pressure of the equipment (of course, the designer must also give the maximum allowable working pressure of the equipment). The calculation and model selection of the safety valve can be determined through consultation with the process professional, or the process system professional can consider it and provide a safety valve calculation document for archiving the equipment design document.
During the design process, different types of safety valves have corresponding set pressure ranges. The specific set pressure is adjusted and calibrated within the corresponding range according to the working pressure.
If it is a container design, there are no requirements in the drawing. If it is a system design, there must be options and parameter requirements.
