Can the Special Equipment Use Registration Certificate be reissued if the information on it is incorrect?

At a small chemical plant, when applying for the registration certificate for the use of special equipment, the locations where the two pieces of equipment were to be used were entered incorrectly. The certificate was issued, but it certainly couldn’t be used as the error would be detected; therefore, the question is whether it’s possible to apply again, following the same process as before, or what alternative procedure should be used
It is possible to change the address of use.
