Welding procedure qualification

The equipment material is S22053; the current process qualification applies to ASME S30813. Can equipment designed for welding S22053 be used for this purpose? The American standard is S31803, while the Chinese standard is S22053. Although the materials are the same, it seems that the American standard does not recognize S22053 as a valid material. I would like to know whether it is necessary to carry out process evaluation for S22053 according to the Chinese standard Maybe I didn’t express myself properly, because I’m really confused
Which standard system governs your product? So, under what standard system should it be evaluated? . Rather than looking at what standard system your material grade follows. .
I’m not quite sure what this means? What is a jurisdictional system?

First, determine what the product standard is – GB150 or ASME – before knowing the requirements for weld evaluation.
