What are these two holes in the saddle for?

As shown in the picture, could anyone in the group help explain what these two holes are for?
Use a junction box, or else relieve the stress. The former is more reliable.
From what I remember, the ground plates seem to be connected at the location of the anchor bolts
Grounding – isn’t it done by soldering a grounding post?
That’s right; you can just weld the ground plate directly. I guess it’s the user who will know what it’s for
It’s likely that the paint has been applied to prevent any further work being done.
Grounding holes: We include a ground plate; these two holes are not used
For grounding purposes, please refer to clauses 2.4 and 3.4 of the JB/T4712.1-2007 standard. Now* it’s common to weld the floor from below, so it’s not useful anymore.
