Selection of equipment flanges

It is a DN2500 distillation tower with a negative pressure of 1000 Pa and a temperature of 110 degrees; the material used is S30408, and the medium handled is methylethanol. Based on calculations, a wall thickness of 10 mm was chosen. I would like to ask everyone: how should the flanges for this equipment be selected? If I choose the 47023 long-neck flange, the minimum correction thickness is 16 mm. Do I need to increase the thickness of the cylinder or add a short section? Thank you all!
The material in the container flange is carbon steel; for stainless steel, calculations are required, and a lining can also be chosen. Regarding thickness, the relevant corrections for carbon steel can be used as a reference. It’s very difficult to calculate without a minimum correction thickness.
With such a large diameter, flange connection is not advisable unless there are special requirements!
It contains filler, and the manufacturer requires it to be designed with flange connections.
Don’t use the standard one; calculate a non-standard one instead.
It is acceptable to use stainless steel for the equipment flanges, as long as the calculations show it is suitable for use.
Make a non-standard one and take a chance by using bolt connections.
