Welded carbon steel pipes cannot be used in pressure vessels!

Firstly, in GB/T150.2-2011, Table 6 \"Allowable stresses for carbon steel and low-alloy steel pipes\", the material Q345R is not listed. Q345R should fall under the GB/T713-2014 plate standard. Since it is sheet metal rolled into a cylinder, tubes are not relevant; the sheet metal should be inspected in accordance with standards, a welding procedure qualification should be carried out, and the welds should undergo relevant non-destructive testing per the standards.
Whether it meets the requirements of GB150 and the Regulations on Pressure Vessel Safety in terms of materials, welding, non-destructive testing, etc
