A company has applied for approval to manufacture flow meters for use in pressure pipelines, with a maximum design nominal pressure of 42 MPa. I would like to ask: what qualifications are required for the design of such pressure pipeline components, and what qualifications are needed for their manufacturing? Which regulations govern these requirements respectively? Thank you! The qualification was issued on June 1, 2019, and is not applicable to the new list of permits for special equipment manufacturing units.
