As the title suggests, it is a multi-story factory building with a concrete frame structure; there are reaction vessels on the second and third floors. How can these reaction vessels be replaced? Lugs are pre-installed on the beam, and then a steel wire rope is passed through these lugs to lower it ; Or use another method (like a mobile gantry crane)? Find an outsourced worker; they can take it down for you in no time. Drill a hole in the floor to insert a steel pipe, and use a winch to lower the equipment to the ground. After that, use a gourd to move the equipment to the side, and complete the task with a crane.
I once saw a reaction kettle being removed by lifting off the roof, with a crane pulling it out from above.
As long as the gourd can be hung there, replacing the reaction vessel doesn’t mean that the reducer and the mixer have to be installed separately; it’s not that complicated
The equipment that needs to be lifted is arranged in rows; lifting beams are installed, and lifting holes are provided on each floor
