Where can I find the painting standard for SE2594-SPC-P-001-04? Which country’s standard is it?

The factory recently received a batch of equipment from South Korean Samsung. The painting requirements specified in the drawings are: painting will be applied according to document no. SE2594-SPC-P-001-04 (only on the outside). I would like to know where this standard can be found! I don’t know if it’s Korean or meets national standards! {:3_62:}
Is this a unified regulation set by the property owners themselves?
