Sealing issue of the bag filter at the gasoline pump outlet

The seal for the bag filter is an O-ring rubber gasket, with a water pressure of 13 kilograms applied. At the moment the pump (power-frequency pump) was started, a small amount of liquid was observed spraying out from one of the seals, after which normal operation was restored. This phenomenon does not occur every time the pump is started. Check that the bolts securing the filter are all tightened properly. A year ago, there was an incident in which a large amount of gasoline spilled out from the seal during loading. Other gasoline pumps are variable-frequency pumps, and this phenomenon has never occurred there. Which teacher is familiar with this and can give some guidance? Thank you!
1. Mainly, it wasn’t installed properly. 2. Secondly, there is air inside. Check the diameter of the sealing ring, its degree of aging, the depth and width of the groove, as well as for any defects such as debris. Upgrading the seal ring material is also an option.
