How should the experimental pressure be chosen? Nitrogen is used – what counts as a satisfactory value?
I’m just starting out; I’ll give it a try. By referring to the construction and acceptance specifications in the design documents, as well as the properties of the medium (toxicity, flammability, explosiveness), it is determined whether a pressure test is necessary, in order to decide whether to conduct all integrity and leakage tests. The qualified indicators are also determined in accordance with the selection specifications outlined in the design instructions; these can be pressure gauges, bubble levels, or electronic detectors.
GB150 stipulates that the airtightness test pressure is the design pressure of the container.
