At the discharge opening of the belt conveyor in the workshop and at the connection to the silo below, it is required that there be no permanent welding; it must be possible to separate them easily later on. The material inside is in granular form, with low temperature and low pressure. However, it is absolutely necessary to prevent any foreign objects from getting in (that’s why sealing is used to avoid such objects falling into the material). Are there any other solutions? It’s the red area in the picture – the opening at the top is small while the one at the bottom is larger. Right now, it’s covered with a foam pad, but the result isn’t ideal. It would be best to find a way to completely block it off; the installation process should be as simple as possible – nothing complicated is needed. Thank you
