Article 1.0.2 These specifications apply to the design of industrial, domestic, regional boiler rooms, and outdoor thermal pipelines within the following scope: 1. Steam boiler rooms that use water as the working medium, whose boilers have a rated evaporation capacity of 1–65 t/h, a rated outlet steam pressure of 0.1–3.82 MPa gauge, and a rated outlet steam temperature of 450°C or less℃； II. For the boiler rooms of hot water boilers, the rated output of such boilers ranges from 0.7 to 58 MW, the rated outlet water pressure is between 0.1 and 2.5 MPa gauge, and the rated outlet water temperature is 180°C or less℃ ； III. Outdoor steam pipes, condensate pipes, and closed-loop hot water systems that meet the parameters specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article. I think Article 1.0.3 does not apply; these specifications are not applicable to the design of waste heat boilers, boiler rooms for special types of boilers, and district heating pipelines. Article 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these specifications, the design of the boiler room shall also meet the requirements of **current relevant standards and specifications.
