The inside of the kettle was not fixed properly. It took a few days to replace it, but it was still bad. I asked the manufacturer to repair the fixings inside the kettle. In addition, there are fewer thermocouples used to measure temperature these days. They usually use infrared probes. Is there a lot of foam in your kettle?

This is a design problem. The temperature measuring port is generally designed as a casing type, and there must be a structure to fix the casing in the kettle. Generally it will not break.
