I once encountered such a situation: a mobile pressure vessel was to be filled with liquid. It was found that all the necessary documents for the mobile pressure vessel were in order, as well as those for the trailer, and the personnel involved also had all the required documents. The problem was that the mobile pressure vessel was placed on another trailer. In such a case, should filling proceed or should it be refused?
It’s similar to traffic police checking driver’s licenses and vehicle registration cards; the documents related to individuals must match the individuals themselves, while the documents related to vehicles and containers must match those vehicles and containers.
Trucks for transporting LNG and LPG, such as ours, are divided into tractors and trailers, each of which comes with its own set of documents； Trailers are mobile pressure vessels that can be paired with various tractors, but their certificates must accompany the trailer at all times; there should be one certificate per trailer, and the certificate must match the trailer.
