Tail ear calculation

When calculating PV ELITE, it is necessary to enter the CENTERLINE OFFSET value. Is this value the distance between the two tail fins, or the distance from the center line to a single tail fin? Thank you!

This entry is only valid for Dual Lug. Centerline offset – enter the amount by which the centerline should be offset from the operating system. This entry applies only to both ears. The diagrammatic OS represents the distance from the device center to the tail ear center.
Offset is not spacing; it is measured from the center line.
Also, Sogou Wubi is very useful, that’s what I think.
