The main items for checking the operating condition of pressure vessels include: 01 Whether the product nameplate, paint color, markings, and the serial number on the registration certificate of the pressure vessel comply with relevant regulations; 02 Check whether there are cracks, overheating, deformation, leakage, or mechanical contact damage in the body of the pressure vessel, its connections (valves, pipelines), welding joints, etc ; 03 Check for corrosion on the outer surface, as well as any abnormal frosting or dew formation ; 04 Check for any damage, detachment, moisture, or cold leakage in the insulation layer ; 05 Check for leaks of liquid or air at the leak detection holes and signal holes, and ensure that the leak detection holes are unobstructed ; 06 Are there any abnormal vibrations, noises, or friction between the pressure vessel and adjacent pipes or components? ; 07 Check whether the supports or bearings are damaged, whether the foundation has sunk, tilted, or cracked, and whether all fastening bolts are present and in good condition ; 08 Are the emission (hydrophobicity, waste discharge) devices in good condition? ; 09 Are there any phenomena such as overpressure, overheating, or excess quantity during operation? ; 10. For tanks equipped with grounding devices, check whether these devices meet the requirements ; 11 Monitor the pressure vessels in use to ensure that monitoring measures are effectively implemented ; 12. Does the safety interlock function of the quick-opening pressure vessel meet the requirements?
