Regarding pressure pipeline matters

Dear colleagues, during the regular inspection of our pressure pipelines, we identified the following issues: 1: The specifications and models of some pressure pipelines do not match those specified in the design drawings； 2: The length of some pipes does not match the design drawings ； 3: Some pipes actually exist, they are listed on the design drawings as well as in the registration sheet. Now we need to make changes at the Quality Supervision Bureau, but what is the procedure? Do we first need the design institute and the installation company to submit design and installation change requests, or do we have to cut the pipes again, weld them anew, and take X-rays? According to TSG D0001-2009, is it necessary to follow this process based on the nature of the modification?
A simple technical upgrade should suffice, right?
I’m asking about this issue in order to get specific guidance on how to do it, and what the steps are roughly. Your reply is not very useful to me. :(
Prepare a technical renovation plan and find a design institute to produce the drawings
Based on the drawings provided by the original designer, does the installation party also need to provide installation instructions and an installation plan? Is it similar to having to go through the new pressure pipeline installation procedure again?
It’s not necessary to go through the original design institute, right? As long as one has the necessary qualifications, that should be sufficient

One should ask the local authorities for specific requirements in this regard. In our case, sometimes it’s sufficient to go through the process again, while other times reinstallation is necessary. It is essential for design institutes to produce drawings.
