Why can’t centrifugal carbon dioxide compressors operate in a full cycle? Is it because the flow rate is insufficient after the inter-stage cooling water is separated that flow needs to be supplemented? Is it possible to export the entire cycle back to the inlet?
As per the requirements, it should be possible to perform a full cycle. Question 2 doesn’t seem valid. But it also depends on the specific operation of the compressor, as well as the requirements for intake and exhaust air; it’s possible that this is related to those factors. Also, attention should be paid to the rise in temperature as this cycle continues. For reference.
