Are open-top storage tanks, such as those used for storing water with an open top allowing the water surface to be in direct contact with the atmosphere, considered atmospheric pressure tanks?

Those that are in direct communication with the atmosphere and have no intermediate isolation are called atmospheric tanks.
Sealed storage tanks with a pressure below 0.1 MPa are considered to be at atmospheric pressure.
It is considered a pressure vessel at normal pressure, and can be designed and manufactured in accordance with NB/T 47003.1-2009 \"Steel Welded Pressure Vessels at Normal Pressure\"
The smaller ones are called water buckets, while the larger ones are called water jars; they fall under the jurisdiction of the blacksmithing trade
One without a cover should be called a sink or basin, right?:D
This must be a water tank operating at atmospheric pressure, right?
