Recommended standards for bolt tightening torque values

Is there any recommended standard or reference value for the torque of bolts commonly used in the pressure pipeline industry? Micro-leaks can occur after the flange connections are tightened, and there are many reasons for this phenomenon. I’m considering addressing the issue from the perspective of bolt tightening; I found some recommended torque values online, but they lack a source and therefore aren’t convincing. I hope fellow forum members can help – those who have standards can share them directly, and those with experience can offer their insights.
Personally, I think there are fairly authoritative standards for bolt torque values; the American ASME PCC has such standards, and SEI in China also has relevant standards. Also, there are several well-known companies in the world. You can check for references.
