I would like to ask: for a tower made of pure titanium with a skirt base made of carbon steel, how should this skirt base be designed, and how can titanium and carbon steel be connected?

At the same time, the outer surface of the skirt base should be given appropriate anti-corrosion treatment, such as applying a coating or spray-on anti-corrosion layer, to extend its service life. .
