Inspection of safety valves before installation: When each safety valve is delivered to the customer, the manufacturer must provide the following documents along with the product. The equipment department is responsible for verifying these documents; once everything is in order, the relevant documents are archived. Before installation, communication should be held with the EHS department to record the information related to the safety valves, and the newly purchased safety valves must also be calibrated. After passing the inspection, it is installed and put into use. The factory-supplied documents include: 1. Quality certification documents; 2. Schematic diagram of the safety valve along with a list of materials used; 3. Instructions for installation, operation, maintenance, and calibration; 4. Relevant documents specified in the contract between the manufacturer and the user

Documents specified in the contract between the manufacturing unit and the user. The quality certification document for safety valves shall include at least the following contents: 1. Manufacturing license number ； 2. Name of the manufacturing unit ； 3. Product name ； 4. Safety valve model ； 5. Product Number ； 6. Manufacturing date ； 7. Nominal diameter ； 8. Channel diameter or channel area ； 9. Nominal pressure ； 10. Setting pressure ； 11. Discharge pressure ； 12 Opening height ； 13. Opening and closing pressure difference ； 14. Applicable temperature ； 15. Applicable media ； 16. Valve body material ； 17. Back pressure ； 18. Rated displacement coefficient or the rated displacement guaranteed by a certain fluid ； 19. Standards based on which manufacturing is carried out ； 20. Factory inspection report ； 21. Other special requirements ； 22. Inspector’s signature and manufacturer’s inspection stamp.
