HTRI installation issues

Does anyone else experience this issue on Windows 7: when trying to install htri6.0 (right at the start of the installation process, before the software has been installed yet), the system restarts immediately, and this keeps happening over and over again. As soon as the desktop appears, the system restarts again~~~~~~It’s a repeating cycle. It’s possible to enter safe mode; there’s no HTRI software in the installer. Cleaning the registry, running antivirus scans, optimizing the system……none of these things work at all, which is frustrating. I seek your expert advice: what other options are there besides reinstalling the system?~~~~~
I was troubled by this issue for a long time as well; it turned out that the HASP Device Driver was missing during installation, and downloading it allowed the installation to proceed
