Intense boiling often occurs during operation, accompanied by foam formation, which affects the quality of the condensate and hinders recovery. Could someone please explain this?
Please provide more detailed descriptions of your evaporation materials, process flow, operating parameters, equipment parameters, etc.; this will help me give you a better assessment.
If the heating temperature is too high, the material begins to boil inside the tube walls.
When the material flows down along the pipe wall and evaporates, the emitter at the end of the evaporation tube is not effective!
