Heater price calculation issue

Generally speaking, when designing a heater device and calculating its price, in addition to knowing the cost of steel, how exactly should the calculation be carried out to determine the price?
As far as I know for now, it involves calculating the weight and then multiplying that weight by the price; I’m not sure if that’s correct though, as no one has taught me this. Seeking advice :(
First, it is necessary to calculate the cost of materials + processing costs + the company’s own processing fees (manufacturing costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs, administrative expenses, profits and taxes, transportation costs). By doing so, the quotation price can be determined
Material costs + processing fees + company operating expenses
