Experts, previously, the company’s steam condensate was discharged directly into the rainwater pipes as wastewater. However, due to environmental regulations, such discharge is no longer allowed. Around 60 tons per day; discussions are ongoing regarding reuse. I checked the forums and many people suggest reusing it in the cooling water cycle. But our cooling towers don’t have enough capacity to cool this amount of water in summer, though they can handle it in winter. If a separate cooling tower is to be installed for reuse, the cost is too high; I’m not sure if there are any other alternatives. Thank you
It’s a shame to throw away such a large amount directly; moreover, it’s being disposed of at high temperatures. Is the steam generated by your company itself? Producing deoxygenated water is costly; it is advisable to use this type of water first, as it can save a significant amount on water production costs. Additionally, the heat from this water can be reused, thereby reducing the thermal load on the boiler. Ultimately, a decision should be made based on the specific conditions of your company
